Fair Housing Group (FHG) is a newly formed training and consulting company dedicated to increasing compliance with federal and local fair housing laws. We conduct fair housing training, internal auditing, and general consulting for housing developers, property management companies, real estate agents, government agencies and fair housing organizations to assess and increase compliance with fair housing laws.
We specialize in assisting our clients ensure equal housing opportunity in programs and services, as well as multi-family accessibility compliance. Additionally, FHG also provides test coordination services to private fair housing organizations. |

FHG’s founder, Ezinwanne Hawkins, has over eight years of experience in the housing industry. She has conducted hundreds of fair housing tests and shops, and frequently administers fair housing trainings to the industry. Additionally, she has served as the Fair Housing Program Manager of the Equal Rights Center, a highly regarded civil rights organization based in Washington, DC.
